Welcome to Bags and Tags Travel! Below you'll find important terms that apply when planning and booking travel with us.

Role of Travel Advisor:

Bags and Tags Travel operates as an independent travel advisor. We assist with planning, quotes, and booking services through third-party travel suppliers (such as cruise lines, resorts, airlines, and tour operators). We do not own or operate these services.

 

Third-Party Supplier Responsibility:

All travel bookings are subject to the terms, policies, and conditions of the travel supplier. Bags and Tags Travel is not liable for:

• Service delays, cancellations, or changes

• Acts or omissions of third-party providers

• Issues related to supplier bankruptcy or financial failure

 

Please review your travel supplier’s terms and conditions directly before booking.

 

Quotes & Pricing:

All pricing is subject to availability and may change until a deposit or full payment is made. Changes in taxes, exchange rates, or supplier fees may impact the total cost.

 

Payments & Deposits:

Payments are made directly to travel suppliers unless otherwise stated. Deposits are typically non-refundable unless otherwise outlined by the supplier. Final payment deadlines will be shared upon booking.

 

Cancellations & Changes:

Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier. Bags and Tags Travel will assist in these situations, but all applicable penalties and fees are determined by the supplier.

 

Planning Fees:

Some trip types may require a non-refundable planning or consultation fee, which will be disclosed before starting the booking process.

 

Travel Insurance:

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment. Insurance can cover cancellations, delays, lost luggage, and medical emergencies. Declining insurance means you accept all associated risks.

 

Client Responsibilities:

As the traveler, you are responsible for:

• Verifying correct names, dates, and trip details

• Ensuring passports, visas, and travel documents are valid

• Meeting destination entry requirements

• Reviewing all confirmations and supplier emails

Text Messaging:

1. Bags and Tags Travel will send Occasional Marketing Messages on travel packages, cruises and activities, 

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to hello@bagsandtagstravel.com.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
